Online Commerce, Returns & Refund Policy

At Just Ampersand, we take pride in the quality, safety, and integrity of our products. Because our products are ingestible wellness goods, we maintain strict handling standards to ensure consumer safety and compliance.

Returns for Unopened Products

We accept returns for unopened, unused products within 14 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

  • Product must be in its original, sealed packaging

  • Product must show no signs of tampering, opening, or damage

  • Customer must provide a valid order number

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will issue:

  • A refund to the original payment method, or

  • Store credit (if requested)

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to fulfillment error or damaged product.

We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet these requirements.


Opened Products – Case-by-Case Review

For safety and quality control reasons, we generally do not accept returns on opened products. However, we understand that exceptional situations may arise.

Opened products may be eligible for store credit or refund at our sole discretion, following individual review, under circumstances such as:

  • Product arrived damaged or defective

  • Incorrect item was shipped

  • Verified quality concerns

  • Other exceptional circumstances as determined by our support team

Approval is not guaranteed and will be evaluated individually.


Store Credit & Refund Eligibility

Refunds or store credit may be issued under the following conditions:

  • Verified shipping damage

  • Confirmed fulfillment error

  • Approved unopened product return

  • Approved opened product review

All decisions are final once reviewed by our support team.


How to Request a Return or Support Review

To initiate a return or request review, please contact:

Include the following:

  • Order number

  • Brief description of the issue

  • Supporting photos (required for damaged or opened product claims)

Requests submitted without an order number cannot be processed.

Do not send products back without receiving return authorization.


Processing Time

Once we receive your request:

  • Please allow 5–7 business days for review and response.

  • If a return is approved, instructions will be provided.

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method or issued as store credit, depending on the approved resolution.

Processing times may vary based on payment provider timelines.


Order Verification

All requests are subject to order verification. We reserve the right to deny any request that:

  • Cannot be validated

  • Falls outside the return window

  • Shows evidence of misuse, tampering, or abuse of policy

Just Ampersand reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date.
