Just Ampersand™ products are plant-based dietary supplement ingredients intended for lawful wellness and hydration applications.

Products:

  • Are plant-based

  • Contain vitamins, electrolytes, fruit powders, and plant-derived lipids

  • Are gluten-free

  • Are intended for lawful dietary supplement use only

FDA Statement

These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration.
Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

3. ELIGIBILITY

You represent that:

  • You are at least 18 years old

  • You are legally allowed to purchase dietary supplements in your jurisdiction

  • You will use products lawfully

4. ORDERS & PAYMENT

All orders are subject to acceptance. We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse or cancel orders

  • Limit quantities

  • Cancel suspected fraud

  • Cancel transactions flagged by payment processors

Payment must be authorized before shipment.

5. RETURNS & REFUNDS

We accept returns of unopened, unused products within fourteen (14) days of delivery, subject to inspection and verification.

Opened products are reviewed case-by-case at our sole discretion.

Refunds or store credit may be issued for:

  • Verified shipping damage

  • Confirmed fulfillment error

  • Approved unopened returns

  • Approved product review

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless due to our error.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, trademarks, branding, product names, formulations, graphics, packaging designs, and proprietary materials are the exclusive property of Just Ampersand LLC.

Reverse engineering, duplication, resale, or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

7. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Just Ampersand LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product purchased.

9. BINDING ARBITRATION AGREEMENT

By using this website or purchasing products, you agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to:

shall be resolved exclusively through final and binding arbitration, rather than in court.

Arbitration Terms:

  • The arbitration shall take place in Florida.

  • The arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding.

  • Each party shall bear its own legal fees unless otherwise required by law.

Class Action Waiver

You agree that disputes shall be conducted only on an individual basis and not as a class action, consolidated action, or representative proceeding.

You waive any right to participate in a class-action lawsuit against Just Ampersand LLC.

10. WHOLESALE / B2B RIDER

This section applies to wholesale purchasers, distributors, resellers, and business customers (“B2B Purchasers”).

10.1 Minimum Order & Pricing

Wholesale pricing is confidential and subject to written approval.
Minimum order quantities may apply.

10.2 Resale Restrictions

Wholesale purchasers may not:

  • Repackage products

  • Alter labeling

  • Modify ingredient disclosures

  • Make unauthorized claims

Products must be resold in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations.

10.3 Intellectual Property

Wholesale purchasers are granted a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use brand assets solely for approved resale.

No ownership rights are transferred.

10.4 Compliance Responsibility

Wholesale purchasers are solely responsible for:

  • Regulatory compliance

  • Product storage and handling

  • Proper marketing claims

  • Local tax obligations

Just Ampersand LLC assumes no liability for downstream resale misuse.

10.5 Termination

We reserve the right to terminate wholesale privileges at any time for:

  • Misrepresentation

  • Regulatory violations

  • Brand misuse

  • Non-payment

11. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
